    Well done for completing our Beach Education Unit at school. It was interesting learning about the different wave types and how we can keep ourselves safe in the face of a rip! I can’t wait to see you participate on the day, you will need to challenge yourself to stay in the water as long as possible and put what we have learnt into action.

Week 2 Choice blog post My worksheet What goal does this piece of work connect to? The goal that connects to my piece of work is I can convert between mixed numbers and improper fractions. How well have you achieved this goal? Explain I have achieved this goal okay because when I was doing my sheet I had to figure out which one I had to change it to eg if I had nine eighths I had to write it like a improper fraction 9/8 and then a mixed number 1 1/8. What value have you shown with this piece of work? Why? I have shown brave because when I started this I wasn't sure how to convert the mixed number into a improper fration and after I asked for some help I got how to do it.
