    Isla, great work writing and then understanding the processes involved in visiting a marae. You have done a fantastic job taking notes about the history of our area and applying these in order to summarise key points. It will be exciting to see you apply this knowledge when we visit the Marae in week 10. - Mrs McCarthy

Week 2 Choice blog post My worksheet What goal does this piece of work connect to? The goal that connects to my piece of work is I can convert between mixed numbers and improper fractions. How well have you achieved this goal? Explain I have achieved this goal okay because when I was doing my sheet I had to figure out which one I had to change it to eg if I had nine eighths I had to write it like a improper fraction 9/8 and then a mixed number 1 1/8. What value have you shown with this piece of work? Why? I have shown brave because when I started this I wasn't sure how to convert the mixed number into a improper fration and after I asked for some help I got how to do it.
